From 18th to 19th of July 2022, Statistics North Minahasa conducted the Officers Training for the National Labor Force Survey (SAKERNAS) August 2022 at the Sutan Raja Hotel Kalawat. The training of SAKERNAS officers was officially opened by the Head of Statistics North Minahasa, represented by the Intermediate Statistician of Statistics North Minahasa, Marthedy Tanggehi, S.Si, M.Si. And at the end of the training, it was officially closed by the Head of Statistics North Minahasa, Carlos Erickson, SST, M.Si.
The training for SAKERNAS August 2022 officers was attended by 27 participants consisting of 18 field enumerators and 9 field supervisors. The training for SAKERNAS August 2022 officers aims to produce the qualified officers. The training was carried out well and produced officers who had a good understanding of the training materials and field implementation procedures.
SAKERNAS is one of the most important source of employment data in Indonesia. The data from SAKERNAS has been widely used by various groups, both by domestic and foreign users. Therefore, the continuity of data from SAKERNAS must be maintained and improved. The SAKERNAS August 2022 Officer Training activity is one of the important early stages to provide a good quality employment data and information.
SAKERNAS August 2022 was held in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, which is still difficult to predict when it will end. For this reason, the implementation of SAKERNAS still follows business processes that are adapted to the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, both in instruments, officer training, household updating, field enumeration, supervision, and activity evaluation. All stages of activities must continue to apply health protocols strictly, while maintaining the quality of the SAKERNAS data produced.
